• WOW! WOW! WOW! Just had the most phenomenal experience here with Botox yesterday. As soon as I pulled up, I knew I was in for a treat. The building itself felt like a top plastic surgeon's office in Beverly Hills -- so clean and gorgeous on both the inside and outside. Everything was so effortless and easy. I loved how answering the initial medical questions in the waiting room was simple and done on an IPad. Everyone from the front desk to the back desk and in between was the most amazingly friendly and professional! I had previously cancelled my appointment at a different practice in Birmingham due to the fact they were only doing Botox consultations over the phone which seemed very odd and unsafe to me considering it's an important decision about your skin. Lauren, RN Injector was absolutely phenomenal. She sat right beside me and thoroughly explained everything to me and answered my questions very confidently. Her bedside manner was next to none -- she actually discussed everything like a close friend or family would and made sure I was comfortable. I couldn't believe how quick, painless, and easy the procedure was!! I am telling everyone I know about my awesome experience at Rejuve. I cannot wait to come back in two weeks for my follow-up appt and my Visia skin analysis. I have never been so excited about my skin and the process of aging beautifully! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER MEDICAL SPA AGAIN!!
