I felt welcome from the moment I call to schedule the class . I cancel once due to health issue and yesterday when I call to reschedule Alex was so understanding that I was not feeling myself and suggest that I try the Hot yoga class . It was my first time and omg I love it . I personal don't deal well with heat and new stuff but it was an amazing experience and I already book my next two classes
