I felt the studio was very inclusive and the trainer, Brandon, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel uncomfortable in coming to re-invent as I knew that I didn't have to already be in shape or look like a fitness model/skinny influencer to feel accepted. I was met where I was at and that was appreciated by this lady of a certain age with lots of work to do.
