• Excellent haircut with plenty of time spent to get it right. A very good experience. So as a small business consultant I saw a few things that should be addressed. I didn't see my receipt until I read it at home on email. I was undercharged, should have been haircut and beard trim, so $10 was undercharged. Also was unable to make a follow-up appointment. I asked for a date in mid-July, but the calendar wasn't available then. Always have been able to do make them in the past. This makes it hard to ensure repeat customers if I now have to remember to call back in a week or two and make an appointment. I am not trying or wanting anyone to be in trouble, but I don't want Regimen to go out of business either, so take this for what it is. A fan of your business wanting nothing but good for you. -James Grassie
