As an older athletic woman I find that a deep tissue massage twice a month really helps keep the soft tissue pliable allowing me to work out longer and more often without injuries. Lily, at Regen Massage, is my go-to masseuse who has incredible hands (and elbows)! She is highly skilled and intuitive. Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill in a short form pinpointing the areas that you want your masseuse to concentrate on, if any, and how deep you would like your massage. Your masseuse will arrive at your room ready to start when you are under the sheets on the comfortable massage table. The rooms create a calm atmosphere and are meticulously clean every time. Highly recommend!
