Staff is always nice and professional. I had a really hard week and I needed this time to myself but I had limited time and expressed this to the clerk. I was so glad she was able to work with me and get me on the schedule at a time that worked with my availability. My massage was 10/10 from beginning to end. The rooms are always clean and smell nice.
