Both receptionist and therapist were very kind and welcoming. Everything was clean and neat. The massage itself was okay. I enjoyed it, but felt like I wanted the therapist to use her hands more, instead of her elbow. Maybe I will choose the firmness level below "deep tissue" at my next visit. Also, the prices are very affordable.
