-Only Appointment process was super easy and time saving. I call another Massage Therapist first and just got voicemail. I was in so much pain in my neck and shoulders so I looked on line and found Regen. I was able to get an immediate appointment through the website. That made all the difference! - The Receptionist was polite and professional. - The Massage Therapist was perfect! Though, I initially was worried because Jessy didn't speak English that I may not have been able to let her know if the pressure was too intense or if there were any sore areas that I would prefer not to have contact. She did ask 'okay?' in a concerned manner. That small action of communication alleviated my initial fears and put me at ease. -The quality of the deep tissue massage was excellent! I'm so glad that I included the hot stone and aroma therapy! - Over 24 hours later, I still feel relaxed in my shoulder and neck. I am able to work with less pain and stress tension. Thanks to Jessy's care and thorough massage techniques! - I've been fortunate enough to travel and experience spas and massage therapy in 5-Star accommodations and Regen's quality of service, cleanliness, and massage practices was truly on par. - Thank you!
