• Because the experience i have at refuge hair and spa. I have never gotten at any hair salon. Tasha always make me feel so special and the shampoos is to die for . And this is the only salon that covers all my gray. The other ones want to cover the gray with black dye. They say that it's the only thing that will cover my stubborn gray. But that is not true at Refuge hair spa.
