Reforming Foundations Pilates & Wellness

I have practiced pilates for 15 years and found it very difficult to find a Pilates studio that challenges me, focuses on form, and fosters a friendly community. Reforming Pilates has it all and MORE. I immediately felt taken when I arrived. The staff, instructors, and students are incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially love Angela, who helped me flex my lower abs after years of trying! The studio is gorgeous and clean; the machines are modern, and there is so much equipment you could never get bored. Thank you for being great!!

We went to a few classes back in July-August and enjoyed the classes so we purchased a 4-pack which completed by the last time we went to our last class on August 15th. Since that time, we were automatically billed, which I never authorized, in late August and Sept so when I found about it I contacted them on October 16th to cancel and get refunded and guess what?, I got another billing on October 17th! They refunded 2 auto payments but still owed the 3rd refund and no resolution or communication from over 3 weeks ago. Be very careful about giving a card on file because they apparently can't be trusted and they have no signed agreement for auto billing. Great way to scam customers.

I discovered Reforming Foundations in search of a Physical Therapist. I was dream to the studio's offering of both PT and Pilates.
My experience working with Dr. Cecily has been nothing short of wonderful. I've learned so much (in a short time!) about proper body mechanics, in addition to core strengthening and posture improvement exercises. I'd been living (painfully) with a weak pelvic floor, and carrying stress in my lower back for such a long time. I am overwhelmed by how much better I feel as a result of Dr. Cecily's expertise and care. I am so grateful to her!
The studio has an inviting feel and the RF team welcomes patrons with a smile. The environment is friendly and unpretentious, and especially during the pandemic, I feel that my health and wellness is a priority to the team!

Brooke is top notch! If you are looking for individual attention with low impact work out to better your mind and body, please go see her! She is super sweet and you get a lot for your money. She will help you reach your goals and become a friend along the way! I can't talk her up enough. She truly cares about her clients. :)
