It's a beautiful studio and space that is well-maintained. Mia is doing a great job leading this team and managing the studio. All the instructors are very professional and highly skilled. I like that they try the classes themselves and understand firsthand the challenging aspects of the exercises and they offer participants modifications along the way. It's a lovely, respectful, encouraging, and gentle approach. Also, love the music and legs in straps stretches at the end :)
