My first visit was amazing! Better than I could have ever imagined, I had never in my life used a machine such as the ones at Reform Fitness. The instructor took time before class began to demonstrate and explain how to use the equipment. Throughout class she made sure I felt comfortable and was being safe on the equipment since it was my first time! Would HIGHLY recommend to any of my friends!
