Sam is a very inclusive instructor; she lifts people up and encourages rather than putting you down. Creating such atmosphere and making everyone feel part of the session is a unique skill for a trainer.

I love reform athletica so much, been to many studios around the world but nothing compares to the workouts at RA. My only feedback is that phones should be banned inside the classes, many times people use their phones in the middle of the workout and I find it disrespectful and disruptive to the focus and the flow.
