I don't remember the names of who helped me. However, I showed up unannounced to see if I could possibly pierce my daughters ears and I could tell that it was alittle inconvenient. I was willing to come back another time but they quickly figured something out and let me come right in! My daughter is just under 2 andthey were so accommodating to her. Of course she was sad after, and they were so positive and offered compliments and suckers. They were efficient and so kind!I loved them!
