Michelle did my hair, and she was really nice and patient while styling it. (I have enough hair for like 3 heads..). It was super smooth, shiny, and healthylooking at the end. I left feeling super happy with it! Other places I've gone to don't know how to style my thick and coarse hair, but she did awesome!
