I made and appointment for 3 but had to wait till 3:20 to be helped. I feel making a customer wait 20 min when they had a appointment set is bad customer service. However all the other times I have visited your salon I have always been helped right away, and your employees are always very nice and do a good job.

Out of all the times I have gone to Reflections, I think Brooklyn did the best eyebrow wax I have ever had! She took her time and really made sure my eyebrows were shaped and matched very well! I would recommend everyone to her for eyebrows!
