The door was still locked even though we showed up about 20 minutes after opening and 10 minutes before our appointment. We were standing outside in the cold with my 3 year old for probably at least 5 minutes while we could see Oaklee inside, back by the sinks. Oaklee did apologize and say she forgot to unlock the door. Mackenzie was great and so good with my 3 year old who was scared at first!!! Loved Mackenzie and will be going back to her!
