• I had a nearly perfect experience with Elva (I think that's how you spell it?) but I read in online reviews that the shampoo moment included a 10min scalp Massage and that didn't happen, but maybe that was an add-on? So I would have loved that! But again, it wasn't offered as An add-on, and I didn't ask. I just assumed it was included by the online review.
