• I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Refine. I initially came in with a general idea of what I wanted: platinum blond hair. Instead of forcing the color to work and potentially damaging my hair, my stylist Elva let me know what could be possible given the pigment of my hair. After 3 hours of magic, I got a color beyond my greatest expectations! I haven’t been happier with a haircut and dye ever before and I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you so much, Elva!!
