• I always have an amazing experience when I go to Rediscover yourself. I have been going for a little over a year now and I know when I need a session. My bodyreleases those emotions I'm carrying every time. I actually get movement or twitching or so to say. I'm like a relaxed noodle after I leave. I sleep great and Ifeel great. It really does work!!!! I have recommended to many different people. Some go some are hesitant until they don't know what else to do. They arealways amazed at the results too. I wish more people would try it. The world would be a more relaxed better place. I tell Michelle I see people every day that Ithink to myself...they could use a session. Thank you Rediscover yourself!!! You have been wonderful for me.
