So grateful I found this place and Darcy! Came in for my first laser and Botox treatment here just after the new years. Darcy is the nicest, most conservative provider ever. She really knows what she's talking about and has done it for 17 years. I can totally trust her with my face!

The facilities is HUGE, and beautifully decorated. I feel super calm, safe and welcomed here. There is plenty of parking in a safe neighborhood.

The prices are competitive and the service is exceptional. Since it's too soon to tell how the effects of the botox I'll come back with an update.

Darcy is a treasure. Personable, warm, kind and puts you immediately at ease. I went in today for a follow up aerolase facial today and I love the results. Tighter skin, smaller pores, all around better skin quality already. She also gave me my first Botox treatment three weeks ago and it looks incredible. I appreciate she doesn't oversell or up sell while she's treating you.

I am obsessed! Dr. Wendy is so nice and gentle. I wanted to try a new place since I my last experience at skin by lovely wasn't so awesome. She is worth every penny. She has great tricks and skill to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

So far not satisfied with results and while they were nice at my first appointment, today was a different story. I walked in and Darcy was cold and acted ready to argue which was immediately off putting and put me on guard. Her first question was "well what did you expect?" I went back for a "touch up" after I was not satisfied with my initial results. I wasn't told the laser would leave my skin looking bumpy until today. Darcy told me I was not welcome back to the facility, although I never had any intention of returning when I wasn't satisfied with the initial results, but when you are paying $220 for a service, you should get the results you pay for. Darcy keeps your picture on her phone rather than loading it into their computer and deleting it from her cellphone, which honestly, my eyes were closed in the photo and I didn't know she was taking photos of me, unlike the photo I was told was being taken prior to the laser treatment. There are so many other places to go, I would look elsewhere.

normally I'd wait till the lips fully healed to write a review, but I was so satisfied when I left I went ahead and wrote one anyways. Little did I know the difference post healing was going to be so dramatic can't say I'd recommend others to come here EVER. Lumpy, bumpy, uneven work.. only to be told to "massage" the lips and "it will go away" only to find out it never does. Spent a grand at this location very disappointed with the post customer service/final look. Now I have incredibly uneven lips that may require me to being my lip journey all over again.

$1200.00 and two services later......I have nothing to show for any of it except a brown burn scar left on my neck by Darcy.
I had two treatments done, an aeorolase laser treatment (4 sessions) and what was supposed to be a full Brazilian laser hair removal treatment (6 sessions).
In short, I decided to ask for my money back because I have shown absolutely zero results from the hair removal treatments I received from Darcy. She gave the excuses I honestly expected to hear...but the one thing that left me questioning the entire legitimacy of this business is that when I did ask for my money back in person, Darcy admitted to me that the laser she used was not meant for pubic hair (which is what I paid $700 for). She then offered me a couple free sessions with their "new laser" that they just got in conveniently right after I had already finished all 6 sessions.
All 6 sessions of which she admitted to using the aerolase face laser for my pubic hair that didn't even get rid of the peach fuzz on my face during my aerolase treatments.
In my opinion, it was entirely fair to ask for my money back after she admitted that, because I'm just not sure how a business let alone someone with a supposed "16 years of experience" can offer a customer a service they cannot correctly provide with the appropriate laser.
After evaded phone calls from both her and the owner (Steven Donaldson) it's apparent that I am very unlikely getting any of my money back.
It's no wonder these two work together.
Trust me, just go somewhere else!
I will proceed with my next steps in this matter.

Excellence - I don't even know how to begin, except to say that I have received exemplary service here at RediMedi. I first scheduled a consultation for injectables with Darcy, their lead technician. Not only did she walk me through the process and discuss my options, she also made me feel safe and welcome. Their other staff member, Maureen was friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable.

After my initial consult, I scheduled an appointment for Botox injectables - it wasn't my first time, but I'm also not a Veteran, so I certainly needed some guidance. Darcy did not disappoint. She did an amazing job! We discussed everything before, during, and after and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you are looking for a local spot to have a calm, safe and effective experience - look no further than Redi Medi! Can not recommend enough!

Darcy is a gem! She is sweet and friendly. Very experienced and spends time explaining all options. She answered all my questions and fit me in last minute as I was visiting Portland. Loving my results.

Although my tattoo removal process is slightly painful, Darci has made the experience enjoyable! She is very fast + takes time to make sure i'm comfortable during the whole process. Maurine is also very friendly! Really glad I came to Redi Medi for this service, it's truly a great atmosphere with quality experts! 10/10 Recommend!

I can't recommend this place enough! As someone who's always had troubled skin my entire life, I've been to many different medical and esthetician offices and tried all types of lasers for discoloration/broken capillaries. But I've never had instant results with laser like I did with Darcy. She thoroughly explained the procedure before, during and after - Even guaranteeing results or my money back. And I am beyond thrilled with the results, she did a fantastic job! I ended up also getting Botox the same day as well, which she injected quickly and relatively pain-free. You know she's a pro. Highly, highly recommend if you want customized treatment and quality customer service and care. Thank you, Darcy!
