Really good coaches, amazing equipment, treat people like family, most importantly Red is the cutest thing I have every seen
Coach Celeste is the most encouraging coach I've ever worked with. I feel like my performance has improved since her arrival. Maria and Trent push me more than than I appreciate at the time but I'm always thankful for it. Group fitness may not be for everyone, but I works great for me!
The classes are a challenge but you can still go a comfortable pace as well if needed. The coaches there are great also!
