• I love RMS-my only issue is at the end of the service (BRENNA is FAB btw) when at the shampoo bowl, inevitably 2 different girls have a hand in "shampooing" and "Toner & conditioning" or whatever extra is added on...and I have to split the tip and figure their names out..would just like to have one girl/one full tip. That's all..just minor --I know ya'll are super busy so whatever system works for you. I would prefer a more streamlined seamless exit/checkout. Thanks for asking!
