I like the variety offered in the classes. The instructors have been very helpful with me, considering I'm new to yoga. Everyone from Red Lotus Yoga has been extremely friendly and welcoming. Such a positive environment to be in. A great start to my days. I'm looking forward to experiencing more classes.
