I have been practicing yoga at Red Lotus since 2010 and absolutely love this studio. The studio offers all levels of classes so I can switch to different levels when desired. The classes are always great; simple instructions, guided mediations, words of wisdom...which are greatly appreciated and make the classes very rewarding. Brian the owner as well as his staff always warmly greet you and make you feel welcomed. It's a great yoga community that I enjoy being part of. It has enhanced my life; both physically and spiritually. Thank you!
