The studio is amazing. From the minute you walk through the door. The vibe. The scent. The set-up shop of the merchandise. The room set-up with the candle light and ambiance from the other lighting. The full whatever you need equipment room. Well thought out planned yoga studio. The class was perfect size. I like that the teacher helps stagger the students. I took a basic from Holly. I like when a teacher talks through and counts out loud. The bonus is that they also offer massages. There is another whole part of the building dedicated to massage rooms. I love this place.
