The yoga studio is very inviting and clean. The entire staff is very pleasant. The instructors have been trained by the best, Brian of course.

Brian is such a wonderful, insightful instructor. He explains different yoga poses clearly and offers other options for the poses if your shoulders, knees, and hips are limited. I find all of the little tips to honor your body very helpful.
