Great ambiance;original idea;great vinyasa; she gave us time ( especially the three of us who thought we were going to yin class) to get into our poses. Great energy and I liked that even when the class was over she came out and just started up a conversation after class. It was what I needed all the way around. Thank you.

Jan 13 was amazing, great job to Brandi perfect. Much needed inspiration. Creative balanced and just the right push kudos. Would definitely do again...how about Grateful Dead! ❤️

Just the idea itself was cool- lights and Pink Floyd. My back is injured so I'm kind of limited on what I can do. I was just expecting to sit there the whole time. But there was a lot I was able to do which was a nice surprise. This was my first time at red lotus so it was cool to see all the unique classes coming up. And streaming is a great option, because I'm about 40 minutes away.
