While I enjoy all the Instructors at Red Lotus, I have been going to Brian's classes on and off (mostly on) for over 15 years. He always creates an a great space for everyone. Any version of his teaching is readily understood, while remaining a challenge. He helps every student, each in their own way, meet their particular challenge. I always leave Red Lotus closer to my best self.
