The Red Lotus support staff is great!! The yoga teachers are WONDERFUL!!! They are so very knowledgeable and great with providing modifications throughout each class!! I can feel their true dedication towards yoga and the support of the participants within each class! It does not feel like they are at Red Lotus (and online) to just do a job of teaching a yoga class. Instead, it feels like they are teaching us a beneficial way to be in life as is a way that they also practice being within their own lives!! Namaste'. 🙏✨️

Amanda's classes are amazing! She is helps her clients in every way imaginable. She creates great combinations to her flows and the music is perfect. I always feel better leaving her class than when I came in.
