I appreciate the attention to detail from the instructor, from making sure to have your permission for hands on adjustments to being mindful of everyone's experience level in the room and recommending a spot at the back in case that's more comfortable for you. I always have a positive experience in the studio.

Liked this time better than my last visit Bcs this one had a subject about forgiveness so for me was meditation and healing at the same time which I think we all need this, so hope to have different ideas for the future ones The only reason I gave it 4 Bcs of the loud snoring which a bit disturbing but I know we can't control this.
