The instructor Jasmine was great. I was referred by the instructor. She really did not know this was my first class. But she communicated well. She masterly demonstrated proper technique and body positioning. Although the class was fast paced, Jasmine still allowed time to assist not only me but others in making sure we were comfortable in the class. Will definitely be back!

The class & the instructor were amazing! I felt a little overwhelmed coming into the studio because people were coming out at the same time, but that's mostly my own anxiety lol
