I love the class and instructor. Would like if the class started on time and we didn't wait for everyone to show up. This has delayed the class by 10 minutes inthe past. If they are late, they can drop in where we are.
Because Kirsti is a fantastic instructor, Vixen is an amazing workout, and Red Dot studio is an environment where I feel empowered even just looking in the mirror before the first 8-count.
Very friendly staff and motivating instructors. Building is in a secluded area. Lighting in the studio is hot to bright or to dark and the studio is very spacious and the restroom is always clean
