JJ is a great instructor, the yoga studio is no frills, and I really enjoy the workout for my mind and body. I feel like a new person after a good round of yoga, and JJ definitely delivers.

love the studio and teachers. My only complaint is that there are not enough classes offered on weekends. Please add another class on Saturday and Sunday!

Every teacher at yoga salt is different but has so much to offer in their own unique way. I appreciate your classes are 75 minutes and think the monthlysubscription model is affordable and reasonable!
