• I was greeted with a smile by both ladies at the front even though one seemed to be actively training the other. Facility and bathrooms were clean. Thomas hit my vein the first try even though most people struggle to find them and any staff that passed by pulled my curtain, made a point to speak by checking on my so I felt like everyone was making sure that all my needs were met. More than I expected before walking in the door.
