• Warm welcoming friendly staff and environment. Always feel welcome and relaxed coming to the centre. Known my Ostiopath for years and she truly is the best with her magic healing hands. 10/10 to my Ostiopath the centre and all the staff.

• I go to Recentre for Pilates; as I have a permanent back issue. Since I started in March 2014, I have always found the staff helpful and welcoming. They certainly know their stuff!The Pilates is doing wonders for my back!

• I attended the ante natal yoga class with Alexa on Wednesday and not only did I come out feeling refreshed but I've also found my sleeping and digestion have improved as a result. Fantastic! And a very calming space to practice also. Highly recommend.
