I liked the Rebel flow and the studio itself - the low wall lighting and the black walls are a nice combo. I felt sore the next day, so it felt like I got a good workout in. I also like that there are a few early morning 6:30 am options during the week, so you can squeeze it in before your work day starts.
Hot yoga class was great. Terrific instructor, nice atmosphere. All good
