Nice flow, excellent studio space, fun and motivating instructors, great music, wonderful amenities (towels/showers)
The instructor was great and the atmosphere was legit one of the best I’ve seen at a yoga studio. My fav part of the hot yoga class was the cold cloth with essential oils at the end so relaxing!
Interesting and varied programming, amazing energy!
