Because Yoga is the best. And Rebel does it right! My only criticism would be to turn up the heat! Find that the yoga is more warm than hot. Kept my sweatshirt on in my last 2 classes.
Teachers are experienced and mindful. Queuing is on point and clear. Message is always thoughtful. Beautiful space and music.
Life changing
I liked the Rebel flow and the studio itself - the low wall lighting and the black walls are a nice combo. I felt sore the next day, so it felt like I got a good workout in. I also like that there are a few early morning 6:30 am options during the week, so you can squeeze it in before your work day starts.
Hot yoga class was great. Terrific instructor, nice atmosphere. All good
