As always I was provided a great and friendly service by all staff members I interacted with during my visit. I was met by Chloe at reception exactly as my appointment was booked and was immediately taken down for my haircut. She provided a great service throughout my haircut and gave me exactly what I asked for. The appointment lasted the exact amount of time it should and I was very satisfied with every part of the service.
