The entire team is kind, helpful, and amazing to be around. I'm so happy that Real Hot Yoga Ridgewood is now a part of my journey to wellness.
The space was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the instructors flow are fun and hard at the same time, the shower was a plus i can attend an early session and take a shower and go to work so convenient! ❤️
The instructor was great, very personable and I had a great time.
The class met all my expectations as far as organization, instruction and fitness level.
Great instructors and the overall zen vibe of the studio
