Jay is an incredible instructor and all of the team at RHY are fantastic.
I have been attending classes for the last 2 years...amazing classes, wonderful teachers and staff and super clean location.
Love the Hoboken Real Hot Yoga studio and teachers.
Good playlist, started a couple of minutes late (appreciate that to let folks settle), great instruction, no lights on in studio, cold towels at the end, also it wasn't extremely crowded (know that changes in winter but enjoyed the smaller class size)
