I always enjoy the heated room, the teachers, and the flow. James and Ally are definitely my favorite class experiences.
Great class with Jenni. Very upbeat, energetic environment. Excellent selection of exercises, diverse workout for full body. The lavender scented cold towels were an amazing addition to the finale of class.
