I'm a little old school and when I go to salon or spa certain things are expected. I would rather a salon have a higher cost up front vs a la Carter for washing hair and cleansing scalp before my service. I know some salons in the city are moving away from that but I feel it's a health issue as well as an overall experience issue. I wish the salon had a private room for your alopecia clients. The first time my lace lifted some within a day but this time flawless. I love how Natasha listens when I have a concern.
