• My massage was excellent. When asked about what areas to focus on, I said “lower back” because I have chronic pain there, but I forgot to mention that lately, my shoulder/neck region had been extra tight as well. Apparently I didn’t need to say anything because my massage therapist was a pro and could tell pretty quickly. She spent a lot of extra time on my shoulders, neck, and upper back. I felt much better in the following days. My one critique is that the receptionist seemed a bit disengaged (not rude, but just leaves you with a feeling as if you’re inconveniencing them), but this did not take away from how great the massage was.
