• Customer service of front desk (manager christine) was stellar. Accommodation for pregnancy was great. Only critique is that the mask of one of the massage therapists didn't fit great and dropped below her nose.

• Sweet greetings, super clean, Stephanie helped me up some steps because she saw I was unsteady, then Ally's massage was a 10 and lastly Stephanie knew I was hearing impaired, so she wrote all instructions out! Doesn't get much better than that! 💕
