• Nancy was great. Like epically good. It would have been nice to have a quick chat before we started about areas of focus or caution but I mentioned my hips and she got to work. Christina the manager was wonderful to deal with as was the woman working the desk when I left (black woman with George Floyd t shirt). I've never had a bad experience at Raven and plan to return. One thing which would give me even more comfort is to know that all staff have gotten Covid vaccine. I forgot to ask.
