• Our was massage about 7 minutes late to start but the time wasn't made up, it ended 7 minutes early. Waiting room area felt a little bit dingy and the treatment rooms were very cold both times I went. The massage therapists are excellent however. It is the massage in the area I think. The receptionists are very friendly too. Overall great experience

• I love the infrared sauna. The staff are always super kind. The space is very very peaceful and well kept. Great refuge from the chaos of LA.
