• it is always a perfect experience..... and i have referred a number of friends and will continue to do so.... except for yesterday, which was an anomaly, when the heater for the bed stopped working shortly into the massage, and it was chilly, and then the massage therapist may not have understood my request for concentrating on hands + feet and may have interpreted that to mean that I did not want my hands and feet touched 😬... that was frustrating
