• Brooke (first time having her) was extremely thorough. She took her time making sure that the filing and buffing on the preexisting bomb gel was just right. It had been too thick for my preference and she worked to make it look natural and perfect. She chatted and was very polite, easy to talk to, yet still focused on doing quality work.

• I choose that score because Samantha T never disappoints. She is always on her A game no matter what it is. The last time I had my nails done they didnt even make it 24 hours. The black didnt cure right with the glitter. I called Samantha to let her know she fixed them as soon as she could.
