• I was 15 minutes late to my appointment, which was a gel polish removal and a regular mani. I was late because of having the wrong address. The first Person told me I could only get the removal and not the mani, which was very disappointing because I had an event to attend. The nail stylist told me she would make sure I got all that I made the appointment for. She is the reason I gave a 10.
